DIY Bylaws

Bylaws are a critical document, they’re your handbook or rule book for how you run the nonprofit. When the bylaws don’t explain, you’re supposed to look at the statute – but who has time or can remember that, right?

The DIY Bylaws tool walks you through all the important choices about how you run your organization, whether you have members or not, how the board works, etc. And more importantly it provides guidance along the way for WHY the choice matters. At the end you get a fully formed set of bylaws in a Word document that is yours to keep (and change or update going forward).
